I have opened a dispute for an item I purchased 28 April and haven't received I've emailed several times but last email 10 May from seller asked me to wait up 2 10 days so I have it's 1 June so I waited longer I've opened a dispute and now seller is being sarcastic called me a liar and horrible in email please help can they do this it's so upsetting
I had a similar experience. Seller promised me delivery by May 2. Then said they’d refund if no package by May 15. Then they said to wait until June 2. Today they claimed that delivery is tomorrow. Tracking shows that it isn’t scheduled for tomorrow.
I contacted my bank two weeks ago and they issued a refund to me. If the item arrives I’ll refuse it
