SUPPORT CANT DOWNGRADE MY ACC BECAUSE IS NON PROFIT

my acc is limited and they cant do anything about that.they said  to open a new account the easy way for them.  i cant do nothing in that account my money will stay there or i should wait for the god to transfer in magic way to other account ill open?
I have tried Greek number US number to contact but nothing online support still nothing is one of the biggest web in world trolling or what?

Open a new one and then see if you can transfer the funds to the new account OR ask customer services if they will do it for you.
