SUBMITTED ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BUT STUCK ON "SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW"

i submitted all the required documents but others are stuck on "submitted for review" its now over six months without any change. what could be the problem?OVER 6 MONTHS NOW

Normally it should take 1-2 weeks for your documents to be reviewed, max. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to review the current status of your documentation and account limitation.
