STOLEN CARD USED FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS

Hi everyone,

My mom is 67 years and does not have a paypal account, however today several Paypal payments went off her bank for Ninendo payments, which she did not purchase.  Her bank card must have been cloned and used illegally.  How do I report these transactions to Paypal?  It is already amounting to over N$ 10 000.00

Tell her to contact her bank / card issuer and request chargebacks.
