My question is that I dont have SSN because I am an international student. Now, I cannot receive money from my family because Paypal asks me for SSN. How could I do to release the receive limitation

You can't, you have to meet i.d. requirements to receive funds on a U.S paypal account.

Get your family to look at the Xoom option for sending payments ?
