I ordered two pairs of shoes from this SOZT (WENG YAN FEN) back on October 25, 2018.  I have YET to receive the shoes.  I am also very disappointed in PAY PAL because they refuse to assist me in obtaining either my monies back or the two pairs of shoes.  My information is as follows:

Me too! I ordered in Sep 18 two fjäll raven rucksacks and opened a case with paypal. Weng yan fen sent whatts app until he or she received the money and than I could not reopen again the case. So they did not help me- they sent lawyers to accuse me because I ordered the money back. Why is pay pal not helping and do business with gangster? I cannot recommend paypal. They act as if they never heard of that!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
