Has anyone purchased anything from Richard <Removed>, <Removed >, SOAREADCPF?

I purchased a backyard replacement canopy from "Richard <removed>,  SOAREADCPF" and never received it. Seller never responded to any emails sent to him and unfortunately both my Credit Card company and Paypal were unable to dispute the transaction. Very disappointed.

Did you have better luck? I wish I could at least reach the seller to get the problem solved but I could not get any help from anyone, just lost money in the wind.
