SO FRUSTRATED!

How can I talk to a LIVE PERSON for support?    Grub Hub charged my account and didn't deliver my order. The payment is pending. I've jumped through all the hoops on the web site and tried to "contact" but all that does is send me back to an inadequate FAQ.  When I try to follow it's instructions or report a problem the resolution center says it's unable to do it!
