Why does PayPal keeping sliding out their review date for a refund dispute claim.

Paypal Claim:  PP-D-70452465

Purchase date 24 Apr 2020

Filed Dispute: 09 Jun 2020

27 Jul 2020: No product received as of date.

Paypal appear to be inundated with claims from buyers that have bought from these China web sites or Social Media ads.

So that means that everything has been delayed and pushed back.

Sadly you may have to just wait until they get around to your turn in the queue.

Thanks for the comment and I get it. However, not my problem. Paypal needs to get off their **bleep**, staff up to earn the fees they charge, take care of their customer base, and resolve these issues in an expeditious manner. Paypal needs to live up to their buyer agreement they tout so heavily.
