SILENCE FROM PAYPAL RESOLUTION CENTER

Been attempting to contact customer service for a dispute of not receiving items ordered and received a case # PP-D-94939581 and for some reason the PayPal resolution center is blocking my access along with not transferring me to a CS personnel while attempting to call in. Please advise.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
