Has anyone had any luck getting PayPal to make a seller pay us back for scam companies? I see the name on Shenzhen on multiple claims. I am astonished that they haven't cut them off already.
I have been trying since July to get my money back even returning the items with tracking as requested and nothing so far. Paypal has been just awful with their customer service, no chat, email, customer service phone number for assistance. 4 months of aggravation.
You would think that PayPal would take our side and keep us as customers.
