This is frustrating because seller and me has been trying to contact paypal all we get is automated messages with no resolution. Seller has been showing me concrete evidence on trying to do a refund. On my side i have been trying to email paypal all i get is automated unhelpful replies. Seller showed me he also gets automated reply. Can any paypal cs please assist us? It feels like paypal is trying to hold our funds which sounds like a fraud to me. Everything is just automated. I have never been so angry but paypal buckup please. Reply me with something helpful and assist my seller so he can refund me correctly.
