Hello I made a purchase of 15.10 usd from China, when my parcel arrived, I was notified that I have to pay about 32 euros at customs (for a package of 15 usd ... up to 22 euros in my country the parcels are duty free .. .)
the seller on package put total 69 usd... of course i didn't accept the package....
the package was returned to the seller, I opened a dispute on paypal but I was not justified, does anyone know if I can do something?
