Hi,
I sold some bitcoins via localbitcoins.com and the buyer paid me via PayPal. When I saw the money in my PayPal account, I released the bitcoin from the escrow. A few days later, I saw that the money on PayPal was now on hold. When I enquired to PayPal same, they told me that the sender asked his bank to hold the transaction. Now I no more have the bitcoins, nor my money that I need. Can someone please guide me on how to tackle this situation to get my money back please?
