My PayPal account was compromised. Someone got in using my information then attached a visa prepaid debit card to my account without any bank name showing and proceeded to transfer money from my account to their personal prepard card bringing my account to the negatives. My question is I have reached out to PayPal messaging for help but they are taking forever to respond what can I do in the meantime and will I be refunded my money?
