I am entering a dispute. I know now that these scoundrels are scammers. I never received an invoice or tracking information...that got me to thinking something was amiss. I went back to the website and the password I created to set up my account no longer worked. When I requested a password reset, I never heard from them. My invoice was submitted to PayPal by a Hallie Vinson. I will be contacting the Secretary of State's office here in Georgia, also, to lodge a complaint with them.
What I don't understand is if PayPal is aware that a site may very well be/is likely a scam, why wouldn't they send alerts to customers that their purchase may not be with a legitimate vendor?? Why not direct customers to their PayPal Help Community, if others are having issues with a specific vendor. Especially if they have numerous disputes with a particular vendor/website. Clearly, Cleanyos has been tagged as suspicious and shady.
I doubt that I will use PayPal any more. If PayPal is not being more proactive in protecting its "customers," I will not be a customer.

its clearly a shame that us common folk who are the main buyers and providers to PayPals economic growth, are the only ones that get no support when things go wrong, it seems as if they think its beyond them to help us or to come down on these fraud sellers using PayPal for their own benefits, and of course, we,us, the real customers are the easy target for PayPal to get their funds from instead of going after and maybe the more costlier route of attacking these shame traders
