Hello, I wondered if someone would have an email address for paypal that is monitored please? I purchased a firestick on ebay, ebay has removed the item the next morning after the purchase and allegedly cancelled the order and said that I haven't been charged, the transaction was pending and I was unable to cancel it and now the money has been taken. I logged it with Paypal as unauthorised, they came back saying it was not unauthorised, then closed the case. I am now unable to reopen the same case with Paypal and get help. Ebay is saying to contact Paypal. The seller claimed she did not take my money but since then the transaction went from pending to the money being taken. I am now stuck and out of pocket. Can someone advise? Many thanks.
