Hello there community, I recently sent some vinyls to Brazil, without Tracking but still via Royal Mail. Never had any problems before. Buyer claimed they did not arrive so asked for a refund. I provided both him and PayPal with my Royal Mail receipt which even has the buyers address on it but they still refunded him at my expense?? Any suggestions?

The only way Paypal can tell if a buyer has received an item or not is if the seller provides trackable proof of delivery.
If you can't provide that then the buyer gets a refund, after all if he didn't get the item then surely he deserves that refund.
Postage receipts only show you posted the item and not that the buyer received it.
You don't have to sell and post trackable of course but if you don't then its your risk and not the buyers.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
