$10 was randomly taken off of my PayPal and before that it had tried to take ten twice before. Now when I dispute it PayPal is simply saying it's not a covered charge and I cant do any more about it. I dont know what to do.

Check your automatic payments settings to see if the merchant is listed there and cancel the automatic payment profile with them:

Personal Acct:

 

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.

 

 

Business Acct:

 

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Money, banks and cards > Automatic payments > Set Automatic Payments

Click Merchant from list and select Cancel on the next page.

I dont have any automatic payments. This just randomly happened in the middle of the night.
