I got something from ebay. I paid $22 for it. It didnt work so i told the seller. They just gave me the run around because the same product was down being sold for around $3. So why would they give me a refund. I ask where do i send it back to? They didnt answer, so i sent it back to the return address that came on it. Then the seller keeps asking me for a tracking number for the product i mail back which i dont have cause i didnt know i need one. So pay pal wont do anything cause it is just a computer asking for a tracking number and ebay is the same. To top it off pay pal and ebay have cut their phone lines to the public. So it is open session for sellers on ebay to rip off the public cause their is no help from ebay and pay pal. And these sellers know the loop holes and rules in how to rip people off and get away with it.
