Ripped off by a fraudulent seller and PayPal

I bought a dash cam online which I paid for through PayPal. The item I received was nothing like what I had ordered. I lodged a claim to PayPal to recover the money I paid. PayPal investigations were less than satisfactory and took the side of the seller. I don't know what buyer protection PayPal talks about because they were given all the evidence and proof of the item being returned to the seller with the tracking number and they ended up protecting the seller. And in spite of all the proof I provided to PayPal they denied my claim. Can someone please let me know if there is anything else I can do. Or if I can send payPal a letter from my solicitor.

Thanks for your response. My debit MasterCard is linked to PayPal. How do I go about starting a chargeback?
