Ripped off by Ebay scammer and PayPal and Ebay refuse to refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased items on Ebay. A few days after purchasing I received an email from Ebay stating that the seller's account had been deleted due to policy violations and that the order has been cancelled.

I never received a refund and the item never arrived so i lodged a dispute with PayPal. PayPal immediately closed the dispute stating that tracking information had been provided!!!!!!!!!!

The tracking information does not have my address details and it was never signed for at my address. The items are very large and would not have gone missing.

I went back to Ebay and they said go back to PayPal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So much for @#$ing PayPal protection!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check with USPS. Give them tracking number and ask them to look up GPS delivery coordinates and snapshot image of the package to find the whereabouts of the shipment and ask for official documentation of what the findings are, whether or not an actual package was shipped, or an empty envelope as shipped sent to a nearby address, fake tracking number, etc. Then contact PayPal customer service to speak with a dispute specialist to appeal, reporting abuse of seller protection by seller. PDF and upload the USPS documentation. You may also want to file a report with the police and ic3.gov and submit that too. Of course, if a different carrier is used, contact them about the shipment and ask for official documentation of their findings.

To contact PayPal customer service;

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

Or private message via social media:

Facebook (US): https://www.facebook.com/paypal

Twitter (US): @AskPayPal

If that fails and you paid with credit card, contact your card issuer to dispute through them.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
