I sold an item for 460 + shipping. The item was used, sold as-is with no warranty. The buyer damaged the unit during installation and convinced Ebay to refund his entire amount. I offered a settlement but the buyer rejected it. Ebay debited my account the full amount + $42.25! Ebay committed fraud by deducting funds from account and also allowing the buyer to keep the merchandise! They both committed fraud and I will have file a legal complaint against them. My recommendation is NEVER to do business with either Ebay or Paypal again. I will cancel my accounts and recommend everyone do the same. Ebay did not honor their agreement. Attempting to speak with a human being is fruitless. They hide behind emails. Boycott the both !!
