How paypal allows this bait and switch operation to continue using their service despite all the complaints about revenbar bait and switch operation is beyond me. Revenbar is a SCAM, paypal knows this, and paypal allows their users to continue getting ripped off. In my case, the order was even canceled before it shipped and paypal insisted I provide shipping proof for an order that was canceled via revenbar policy and shipped anyway. Given this experience, I'm done with paypay until they do more to limit known scammers using their system to rip off their users.
