I have tried to return two items that I have ordered. When the orders came the return addresses were both in the United States so I proceeded with my request for return only to find out they had to be returned to China!! I printed out a return label as required and took it to our postal provider and he laughed and said it's going to cost you over $200.00 to return this. My order was $40.38!!! The company offered me 15% return and keep the item. This has happened twice with PayPal. They don't protect the buyer and they don't vet their seller's. Done with China and PayPal. If I place orders and they don't honor American Express who really stand behind their cardholders I won't purchase the item.
