I suppose I must ask a stupid question. I have made 360 purchases on Ebay and have not had any real trouble that I couldn't resolve myself. I am stumped right now. I purchased a replacement canopy cover for my exterior canopy. Once received, I discovered that it was way too large. My decision to purchase the product was based upon a drawing on Ebay that had dimensions. Turned out that their drawing was misleading and incorrect. I bundled it up and returned it. I sent it back using a printed label from Paypal. I received an apology from the seller and today received a full credit for the product. I then notice that Paypal has charged me $18.70 for the shipping and drew it from my checking account. I got a statement this morning from Paypal but did not quite understand it. Is this some way of ripping customers off? The package only weighed about 5 pounds.
