Elevate styles I ordered a wig it came when I opened it it smelled horrific. I call company immediately and told them they said return for full refund due to factory defect. I returned the same day I just received notice they refunded 15.97 I think. I was told I would not be charged any restocking fee due to manufacturing defect...what can I do

Go to the transaction and click "Report A Problem" and dispute for the rest of the money, that is if it allows you to. If you funded the payment with a card, then call your card issuer to file a chargeback.
