Hi, please could somebody help. I will purchased a 32GB memory iPhone from a lovely seller who seemed very genuine phone in great condition. I paid via PayPal £100 pay for goods or services, the seller emailed me asking me to cancel the payment and re do as pay friends as she had been charged £3.60 commission to receive the payment. I wouldn’t do this as knew it wouldn’t cover me so I paid an additional £3.60. Long story short received the phone and it’s in great condition but is 16gb memory not 32GB as advertised. Seller has agreed I can send back for refund of £100. Not £103.60 as I have paid and also return postage cost at my expense ? Is this right ? Many thanks for any help you can give me
