Raised a dispute for a pair of leather boots, $128 that arrived and are really cheap vinyl. The shipping address on pkg is a California address. I created a PayPal dispute, emailed the seller 3 times who offered to give me 20% back an keep the boots. In email, the seller said I needed to return to a China address, but they will likely get lost (says seller). I sent PayPal pictures, etc, and obtained a settlement notification, but the seller's shipping address is in Vietnam. Pretty easy to "get lost" if they're sent to the wrong country.
Does anyone have experience with "shipping" things to Vietnam? USPS? DHL?
