Hi, I received a damaged item, took it to the resolution center and was told to return the item for a full refund. Meaning the shipping and cost of the item. The problem is that I will need to purchase a new box, bubble wrap, shipping tape...and pay for the shipping (international). Is this fair? Thank you.

If you have been requested by PayPal to ship the item back, as for the 'User Agreement' if the item is not shipped back we cannot guarantee the refund. Regarding the shipping cost, you may be eligible under our 'Return Shipping Program'. Please, find more information here.
