Hi, I am returning an item as the wrong thing was sent and I had opened a dispute. I used Hermes to send the item back. However, there are many people complaining about Hermes' services and my parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I have conatcted them multiple times and they haven't replied. Their tracking system says they're have received the item at their local courier but the time it was sent was apparently from the future. I don't know what to do as there are also cases of delivery men taking the packages.
