I ordered some shoes from a company in China. I have been trying to return the shoes for close to 2 months now but the vendor won't send me the return shipping address. They just keep offering me gift cards (nowhere near the amount I spent with them) and telling me how expensive it will be to return the product and it will take a long time for them to receive the items.
I feel that this is my problem, not theirs. Nothing I say to them will convince them to send me the return shipping address.
PayPal hasn't been any help because this issue doesn't fall into one of their pigeon-hole topics so they just keep siding with the vendor when I try to dispute the transaction or appeal the case.
Any ideas? My credit card company will only deal with cases in the US or I would dispute the charge with them.
