Hey,

I won a dispute because the seller sent me damaged items. I sent them back after winning the dispute but the RM tracking hasnt updated - its signed for so will update when delivery is attempted, but it hasnt been in a week. The item didnt have a lot of value as it was broken, so RM insured it for 1/5 of the paypal amount, and it cant be declared lost for a while. They think it is just delayed due to christmas. Since i have proof ive shipped the return can paypal refund me? I need to buy some christmas presents asap!

Thanks

No harm in asking?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
