Hi
Recently returned an item that i bought using paypal for a refund. On chasing up the refund I have been told the item was damaged in transit and they would not be issuing a refund and that I will need to contact royal mail to compensate for the damaged goods.
I would have thought that I would get a refund as I returned the goods to them and they would claim from Royal Mail. have I got the wrong end of the stick.
