Returned damage product and lost on funds

Hello There Community 

I need some sort of guide form the community , I sold a item on Ebay, and the customer returned it damaged, and paypal does not like to help !!!

I am sorry to hear that this happened! In general, our Seller Protection policy covers in case the item is returned to you in a more damaged condition than the one claimed by the buyer. In this case, if the case is still open, simply let us know the status of the item and we will instruct you on how to proceed further. If the case is already closed, you can appeal it from the section 'Action' next to the closed case in your Resolution Centre. 

 

If the damage is the reason why the item was returned in the first place, we would not be able to cover the situation, I am afraid. You can find more information by clicking 'Security' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
