I got scammed by a fraudulent Chinese company (stupid I know).
Thrrought the resolution centre I agreed to send item back for a full refund. The tracking is showing it has arrived at the location and postal service have attempted delivery for the past 4 days each day. So if the company are not accepting mail or have shut their doors, what happens to my claim and my refund? Have I in fact been scammed by agreeing to return the item as well?
