I purchased a phone from Boost mobile and they wont let me return it. The phone has never been opened or activated. I received it on 2/8/19 and called them today and they say they have a 7 day return policy. This information was not included in the purchase or the shipping box. The box only came with the phone, no invoice or return policy.The rep actually suggested I go to a Boost Mobile store and try to sell it to them! Wordt customer service ever! Can PayPal assist me with this?
