I totally agree with you. It seems paypal is lacking in protecting us in the USA. I ordered National Park puzzles I thought they came from the USA. They said They were a "USA company" imagine my surprise when my paypal was debited by a chinese company. I even wrote them and told them to give me my money back. Long story short, they shipped the wrong puzzles to me. Now paypal said I will get full refund if I PAY to ship back the items they shipped me. Money is already done. Paypal needs to step up. I think the SEC is getting an email.
