Hi, Bought faulty item on eBay. PayPal resolution have Decided refund on case. Even though eBay seller is uk based I have to return item to China? Who is meant to pay the return postage / packing charges? How is this any kind of resolution? The item should be returned to UK address not China? Of course there’s no means to call PayPal and discuss issue. Regards,
