Who is responsible for paying return postage / shipping costs on faulty goods which the seller is asking to be returned to china. They have already agreed a full refund if I pay. I am refusing as this would amount to over 25% of the cost of the goods initially
I'm in the same situation. The Seller sent me a cheap lower quality alternative that I can buy 10 of on Amazon for less than half the price. It's a complete bait and switch situation. They now say I have to return the heap product to China in order to get a refund. They either messed up or scammed me and I have to pay for their scam/mistake?
