I purchased an item which came faulty. I messaged the company and no response so went through PayPal.. the resolution is I return said item back at my expense once they have received my good this may take weeks they will refund my money! Is this the usual response as I feel faulty goods are not acceptable and now I’m paying out again! Please help and advise. Many thanks in advance.
