I need to report an issue with paypal but I cant get a way to do it.
The seller Dolittle&Fishmore sold me a fake sunglasses and I need to return the item immediately to get a refund. Resolution centre final decision is for me to return the item and get my full refund. But the seller is reluctant to give me his contact details, like contact number. I have only 2 days left for the return. How to solve this?
