1. Please open a a dispute for item received but "Significantly not as described", If you haven't yet. Kindly click the link below.
2. Dispute is an open communication between you and your seller. In the event that case is not being resolved, you can escalate it to a Claim anytime within 20 calendar days so PayPal can intervene.
3. Since you might have to pay return shipping costs, you may want to check if you are eligible for Return shipping on Us. Can I get free shipping to return a PayPal purchase?
