I have a dispute which has reached resolution by return of wrong item to receive refund. The cost of returning item will far outweigh the value of the item. I cant get through to paypal any other way than supplying return details. Messaging is down and phone calls are not available! How do I get around this?
I have the same issue, it would appear paypal do not care about the issues, 2 days now trying to respond on my open dispute and they are going to settle for a partial refund which is not good enough. I want to supply tracking number and courier details but cannot do so. Thoroughly **bleep** off with it at the moent.
