Hi, I have a paypal dispute ongoing because the item I received from China was nothing like the item advertised. PayPal have got involved and the sender has agreed to refund the full money when I return the item. I have been given a return address but it’s all in Chinese writing. I have tried to contact PayPal but it’s all automated. I only have until 23rd October to enter the tracking number. What can I do?
I'm having the same problem I honestly think we're going to take a loss on this one and chalk it up as bought sense. I think it's a shame PayPal there's no check who they're doing business with these fraudulent crooked companies
