Return and refund complete account still limited

My return from the buyer has been resolved and he has been refunded and I received back my item why is my account still under review after this case is closed and resolved and the buyer is satisfied? I have 12 buyers on eBay wiring to pay me for items bought this past week while my paypal account has been frozen and I’m answering their emails telling them this will be resolved quickly! But eBay has still charged me seller fees while my items sold and I’ve made no money in a week!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
