Hi, I have just purchased a gearbox on ebay which I collected (round trip 300 miles) when I got it home I have found that the item is not as advertised and is faulty, checks which they say they have done they had not.
Am I able to get them to collect the faulty goods even though I collected it?.
Thanks
Mark

You may have a better chance returning it via post though.
Locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) dispute and negotiate a return via pick up OR by post for a refund. If you can't work this out with the seller within the first 20 days of the dispute, escalate it to a claim within these 20 days to a PayPal for a decision, then PayPal may tell you to return the item with tracking number for proof of delivery for a refund.
You can get reimbursed for return shipping costs.
Please take some time to read the buyer protection terms for complete details of how it works all and eligibility:
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
