I made an error when I was ordering a garment from an online store. In a moment of chaos when the store launched their new arrange I was in a rush and ordered the wrong size. Now on their website it notes that they cannot amend orders even though my items have not been shipped yet. It states that buyers are welcome to return once you have recieved the items however we are responsible for return postage. Which is unfair that we can amend orders even if it has not been posted. I was wondering if PayPal will cover my return postage if I was to return the item to exchange for another size? I hope this makes sense. This is the first time I’ve ever needed to return an item online, due to fatigue I made an error.
