We ordered a product, got shipped a totally different product and can now only get a refund if we return the product we didn't order.
It's going to cost me as much to return a product I didn't order to get a refund so I'm going to be out of pocket.
It's a total scam and PayPal will only only return my money if I give them a tracking number which means the scammers are winning.
PayPal needs to sort this issue and quick as genuine people are losing money.
How can I resolve this ????
