My dispute (which I've escalated to PayPal) is asking me to return my products but I have already done that on December 02, 2020. My tracking number with UPS says the shipment had been received. I don't understand why the seller is asking me to return my items again when I already have done so, has been confirmed by the shipper and website I purchased from, and a quality check has been concluded as well by the seller (says on seller's website, meaning I have done the return at the correct address). What do I do?

Have you provided the tracking number to paypal by adding it to the transaction / resolution centre?
